Our philosophy is that we want furniture to come to your home in the condition we would want
it to come to ours.
As you may imagine, after shipping and handling from our manufacturers, not all merchandise
is customer-ready when taken out of the box or packing. Before any furniture is delivered,
our Quality Control team fully inspects and deluxes it.
This process includes:
- Removing factory packing materials
- Assembling merchandise requiring set-up
- Inspecting hardware, cleaning glass and mirrors
- Wiping out drawers due to factory sawdust
- Smoothing out a rough wood finish
- Removing loose threads on upholstery
- Checking mechanisms on recliners and sleepers.
If, for any reason, we find that your merchandise does not meet our quality standards, we will not deliver it to your home.
