• Refunds will be issued on all cancelled orders and will be issued by our corporate office only. NO CASH REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FROM A STORE OR OUR CORPORATE OFFICE. Refunds on checks will be issued no sooner than 14 days, due to bank delays. Refunds on bankcards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or your Jordan's charge card will be credited to the account/bankcard used at the time of payment.
