Policies: Payment, Cancel, Refund & Price Protection


Method Of Payment Policy
We accept cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, bank check, money orders, and personal checks. We do not accept starter or temporary checks.

We offer the following finance plan feature 6 months with no interest or payments (same as cash). See the store office for details.

Colossal Clearance Center offers the following finance plan feature 3 Months No Payment, No Interest (SAC). See the Colossal Clearance Center for details.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order prior to delivery or pickup by contacting your Sales Consultant/Sleep Technician or the store office.

The 30% deposit for special order merchandise is not refundable or transferable.

Refund Policy
If you paid by check or cash, our corporate office will issue a refund by check. We do not make cash refunds.
  • Due to the time required for banks to process checks, we can issue a refund check no sooner than 14 days from receipt of a customer's check.
  • The 30% deposit for special order merchandise is not refundable or transferable.
If you paid by debit or credit card we will issue a credit to that card.

Price Protection Policy
1. We guarantee your UNDERPRICE for the ONE YEAR term of your Price Protection, even if the price should increase.
2. Up to one year, no interests charge. In order to use our FREE Price Protection Plan:
   A. A 30% deposit is required.
   B. A convenient monthly payment plan is available.
   *** It is IMPORTANT that you contact us within the specified time indicated on the face of your sales receipt. At that time, we will order your merchandise from the manufacturer.*** If you do not contact us within the specified time indicated on the face of your sales receipt, your furniture may not be available at the time you want it.
3. In order to best serve you, we request that you accept delivery or pick-up of your merchandise within 10 days of being notified of its availability. If this is not convenient or you are having a problem of any kind, please give us a call so we can help. However, if we do not hear from you, we may release the merchandise from your order(s) and it will be necessary for you to contact us to make other arrangements.
4. Any change of address, phone number, etc., should be communicated to us. This will enable us to serve you more efficiently.
5. Availability of special order merchandise is not guaranteed. Once your special order merchandise is ordered, your deposit becomes non- refundable and non-transferable. If for any reason the goods are no longer available, Jordan's assumes no liability and will refund your deposit in full.
6. Additional pieces purchased at a later date are subject to availability from the manufacturer. In addition, the manufacturer cannot guarantee that the dye lot on upholstered goods or the stain on case goods will match your original purchased goods.
7. This policy is designed to serve you with the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
